The cups are not insulated, so they stay cold for about an hour. If you're looking for a long lasting cold cup, I think the insulated, stainless steel cups work longer

Q: I accidentally stacked the cups and now I can’t get them apart. Any suggestions on how I can get them separated?

I did this a well. I put them in the freezer to cool them down and they twisted apart.
