Great yoga/stretching prop
Simple pillow that provides perfect support for restorative yoga or stretching. I've used a rolled up yoga mat in a class before (vertically oriented under the back), but this provides more even support for a deep shoulder stretch. Recommend, especially for people who sit at a desk all day.

Nice size
Love the size, color and cover but the filling is light and compresses to much. Too expensive to buy a second one to stack them.

Waste of money! Doesn't support a 130lb body. Too narrow and too thin to provide any comfort. Over priced piece of crap!

Do not buy it
I send it back. I like the color, and the brand but this bolster is not heavy and made in a material that helps to support your back, the whole propose of getting a bolster is missed
