I bought it thinking it was a gimmicky toy. Turns out this is one of the coolest Man Tools I own now. The quality of everything is top notch and solid and made to last.This is not a toy for young kids , those bolts are heavy stainless steel alloy and they pack a punch, could very easily impale a person by accident, or could be a very nasty surprise for an intruder in a self defense situation.It also includes power bands for round projectiles and the bolt power bands can shoot regular arrows using its whisker biscuit (arrow not included). The addition of a reel it icing on the cake , as whatever you hit you can just reel it in and no lost arrows or bolts when you miss.The pricing is less than half what it should sell for, trust me you will love this item, and please only shoot what you will eat, be a man and a hunter ,not a coward causing pain for fun.

The good: it's a decent entry level slingshot for the money, the slingshot itself seems built good enough and felt good in the hand , and I find that with the way the design is where the bands attach, if you hold it sideways when shooting they act sorta like a sight. My favorite part though are the little darts that they come with, they work really slick with this setup and the line seems sturdy to boot. I was fishing a spillway with alot of rocks and didnt loose any and only flattened one tip but that is to be expected when fishing rocky bottomsThe bad: I had a few things break on my first outing, one of the smaller bands came unserved and the band broke on like the 8th pull. The second one that came with it I put a little super glue on the string serving to hold it in place. The Reel is also pretty cheap, the crank broke off early the first day so I could no longer reel in and hand to hand over hand it to get my last fish in.The ugly: this thing absoutly sucks shooting heavy fishing arrows, like it doesnt even work with the included bands, if you want to shoot traditional fishing arrows, invest in better bands, get ones with a D loop so you can use a release. Also, the included arrow rest is ok but the mounting sucks , it comes loose so once my heavier bands come in, I'm going to have to figure out a way to remount it.In summary, this thing is low budget but it will put fish on the table, expect to tinker with it and upgrade a few things if you want to get serious about slingbow fishing

I almost never write reviews or return items but this is the cheapest, most poorly designed hunk of junk that I've ever ordered from Amazon.Firstly, the item comes with 6 inch long "fish darts" that it cannot fire. There is no rail for them to seat upon and slide down. I tried to fire one of the darts in my backyard range and if you look at the video, you'll see what happened. The dart fired almost straight down and into the plastic body of the slingshot.Secondarily, as mentioned by others, there are no instructions included.Lastly, I installed the whisker biscuit and fired 3 actual arrows from it and while they went forward, at 5 yards I was shooting 2 feet lower than i was aiming. There is NO WAY that this abomination could actually hit a fish.Don't buy. It's junk.

Took almost 3 months to arrive. It’s well built and so are the darts. But there is a huge problem. The darts are to short to be used with the sling shot.

Although I have not purchased this item i am about to and I I have to point out that the people who claim the darts are too small are just uneducated don’t mind them. The things they give you are just inserts for a crossbow bolt which must be purchased separately. I will update with a real review as soon as it arrives. As someone pointed out it’s like any combo rod, you need to get your own reel because the stock reel is probably junk.

Only effective at close range. The provided fishing reel is crap, poorly made. I recommend using whatever spare you may have laying around. I also recommend buying some arrows, as the provided ones aren't going to get you anywhere, 15" or so arrows.

I should of listened to the other reviews. The darts are way to short. There is no rail to put the darts in. I tried to shoot a dart and it came back at me. I'm gonna return it, I guess you get what you pay for
