Q: Can a bigger guy wear this? 6'4" 255lbs 48-50" chest.

I doubt it they are sized small

Q: Anyone machine wash this ok? I can’t imagine it can’t be washed at all any only spot cleaned and sprayed as per instructions. Has to be nasty not to.

I've worn mine about 20 times now, and I sweat my ass off. Still no smell, even after it being soaked in sweat. When I do wash it, I'll just soak it under warm water and let it hang dry. This is very "meshy" material, so it doesn't hold on to a lot. I love this thing.
