Great teaching tool!!

I bought this book for my 4yo son when he picked up hitting behavior at daycare. It was ok but I though the book would be an easier read with a story, but it wasn't. It likely won't be a go-to book for us, but I might find a way to use it in my therapy practice with kids.

Nice book

I was not impressed with this book. I had high hopes for it, but it did not "pass." One that I would recommend if you are looking for a book on manners is "Pretty Please" with the Disney Princesses.

My daughter was having a hard time adjusting to preschool, so I bought her this book. I inserted her name into the stories where she was having problems at preschool and her teachers were amazed at the difference. It's easy to relate to for anyone in a classroom setting. My mom is a principal and ordered it for her kindergarten teachers.

The book is a little long for beginning of the year first graders, and not as engaging as I would like for little ones. It is important to teach children how behaving in school is different than home behavior. In that aspect, it is a good tool.

I bought this to teach character Education in a summer school program and it was good.
