There are two oven in my kitchen. They both have this large easy to read thermometer. There is a clip for hanging in the oven shelves . I cook my dog chicken breast and I know there at 350 degrees in the oven. When I take them out I use the probe at 185 there done. The temperature is easy to read durability of the thermometer is a great value. There light weight and the sliver color stands out

This oven thermometer is very handy. It has a large, easy to read face. The glass on my oven has become pretty dark, so I do have a bit of a time reading the temp of the oven through the window, I can open the oven door quickly toread the actual temperature. The thermometer will fit in my oven by both hanging on the rack or sitting upright on the rack. Depending upon how large the pan is that I've put in the oven, in order to keep the thermometer as close to the cooking item, will change how I set the thermometer in the oven...either sitting flat or hanging on the rack.It had come to a point where I could no longer trust my 30 year old gas oven to actually be the temperature I set. My assumption was that my oven was running cold. I set this easy read thermometer in my oven, and I was quite surprised to find that it was actually running hot! Very hot! I also realized that the temperature in my oven was not staying consistent throughout the cooking time! I now need to move the temperature up and down to attempt to keep a relatively steady temperature in the oven!

My last one was a little too busy, so this is easy to see the temp. Works great. Says my oven is “off” the same 25 degrees the other one did, so I guess it is accurate. You can hang or set on the rack.

I love it that this oven thermom has nice big numbers that are easily readable, even through the oven door. Used it today, and I highly recommend it.

This oven thermometer is exactly what I needed for my not quite up to par oven. I am an experienced cook and baker and was starting to have variable times when my very predictable recipes were done cooking. Sometimes it doesn’t matter but when baking things like cakes, cookies and breads, you need the oven to be a specific temperature so that your recipe will turn out perfectly.When I started using the thermometer it gave me the info I was missing (small problem with the oven) and I found its larger size easier to read than others. It was calibrated correctly and has 2 installation options- either hanging it on a rack or setting it on top of a rack. Either way- it works great. Zero issues for me.

I purchased a different brand that did not sit properly in the oven, was hard to read and did not keep the correct temperature. I thought something was wrong with my oven but it was a faulty thermometer. I returned it and got this one. It hangs easily in the oven, is easy to read and keeps the correct temperature. Very pleased

Not sure why anyone would pay more than this. It’s a thermometer. They all do the same thing. This one is basic. It has two hooks; you can hang it on the horizontal or vertical rungs on the rack and it will face the front. It sits upright as well. Reading is accurate. Numbers are big enough to see through the oven window, unlike some. It’s perfect. I totally recommend this product.

I bought this to check my new oven.I thought my oven was not reaching correct temperature.I tested the oven at 350 also at 425.It was correct.It's important for many recipes to have confidence in the temperature.I like to make bread as well as regular dishes.Good product.

Easy to read display, but it feels a bit flimsy. Seems to worl fine.

Easy to read. Compared it with my old one and found out for sure that the temperature of my oven is way out of whack.

Just the size alone is a good reason to buy this thermometer over other. Plus works great too
