Medslant “Big” ONLY Allergen Wedge Pillow Cover for The Medslant Big Wedge Pillow Only

This pillow cover may be an allergen barrier, but it is very stiff, even after washing, and makes noise when you roll over on it. The noise is similar to the sound of nylon brushing against nylon, like the legs of a track suit brushing past each other. It's also fairly slick, so the person sleeping on it tends to slide down. The original cover that the pillow comes with may not be allergen-proof, but it is far softer and makes no noise when the person moves around. I would not buy this cover again. Other companies make allergen barrier cases that do not feel stiff or make sounds when sleeping on them, but I don't think they make them in this shape. It's too bad. We wasted $30 on a pillow case that we washed and used once, removed, and won't use again.

This allergy cover is great! It’s the only one I could find for a wedge and, although I don’t have the name brand wedge, the cover is large and fit my wedge with extra space to spare! So glad I got this, sleeping much better and waking up less congested.

More expensive than most but worth every penny. This is by far the very best slanted pillow I have ever purchased. Highly recommend. Great company too. They will take the time to answer all your questions. Don't let the price scare you. A good nights sleep pain free is worth it.

Fits the Pillow like a good glove. Washing in cool water and cool dryer. Bought another one so I can switch on laundry day. The other Covers looked great; however, I need this style because of my allergies.JM

Works great as an allergen barrier, but needs to be put directly on the foam pillow, under the cotton cover that comes with the pillow. It's way too slippery to use as the pillow case, and I didn't want to invest more money in the pillow case that can be ordered extra, so we're using the medslant original cover (that comes ON it) as the outside cover; it works better at preventing slipping down the pillow, and I can take it off and wash it when needed.

We have allergen barrier zippered bags on our box springs, king mattress, and pillows. When I ordered the BIG wedge to help with GERD, I was pleased to see that there was an allergen barrier custom fit for the 7" BIG wedge. I've only used the wedge one night but it fits very well and I can still put the included terry pillow case back on the wedge. Seems to be a good product! So far, I'm impressed!

Sort of useless as a "cover" because it is so slick. My husband slides right off the wedge. So I took the cover off which came with the wedge, and put the allergen barrier cover over the wedge and use the waffle wedge cover as the case. It works fine that way.

Haven't found a way to alleviate back pain that this induces. But seems to help with GERD. The laundry-care and federal flammability tags er perfectly positioned to scratch your back all night... Don't see why they don't make/sell a real pillow case for ths -- all you can do is change the cover that fits directly over the memory foam... not the smartest idea.
