So far so good. I bought two of these monsters to set up our computer stations at home. Along with some random parts from Ikea it helped clear up cable management to a maximum. Highly recommended so far at least. If anything is to happen in the future I will make sure to update the review. Until then though the only bad thing I have to say about this monster is that the cord is just too dam long for regular home use. But I worked with it. Other folks might not have the ability to hide it away like I did.

Awesome strip outlet for indoor entertainment system, but power cord too long
Love this power strip cord, but only gave it 4 stars vs 5 because the 15ft cord of the "right-angle" version is just too long for indoor use. I wish the 15A 6ft version came in the "right-angle" version". I just bought this 2nd one of the 15A "right-angle" 15ft cord to organize the multiple power cords behind our living room entertainment center, which is plugged into an APC battery backup/surge protector. I bought the first one a few months ago to organize the power cords behind our larger 60" LED 3D TV, that also has power cords going to the overhead lights, as well as the internet modem router. Plus the one greatest benefit, main reason I bought it is because the reset button is protected by a cover; our cats kept stepping on the two surge protectors behind this bigger TV, thereby turning off the reset button, and turning off the TV, etc. This totally solved the problem. The Right-Angle Version puts the plugs in the right position so that you don't have to turn the power plugs sideways, which is also solved by the fact that's there's lots of space between each outlet. But as I said, the 15ft cord is just too long for inside use, so it's kept coiled up on top of the APC battery backup out of the way.

Lots of Outlets in a Sturdy Strip
I mounted this to the front of my work bench. It has enough overhang that the cords are out of the way. The power strip ON/OFF switch has a cover so there is no problem with bumping it and accidentally killing the whole strip. Having twelve outlets leaves plenty of room to plug in several even if the items being plugged in have big brick plugs. I enjoy being able to leave some of the more commonly used power tools plugged in all of the time instead of having to constantly swap them out.The power strip has clips with key holes. These can be attached to the back making it easy to mount the strip using flat head screws. The cord is long enough to reach a wall outlet since my studio isn't huge. I find this straight line power strip much more convenient than using surge suppressor strips.

Awesome
These get used in data centers. It's why I bought them. I was tired of messing around with cheap ones that would break, burn out, or simply start smoking (yikes!) when put under load. These are expensive, but in this, at least, you get what you pay for.I opted for the 3-foot right-angle strip, which means I can put wall warts in every single outlet in this strip without covering any sockets. I mounted it to the back of my sit/stand desk so I only have a single cord that doesn't move with everything else when I'm adjusting it up or down. The only negative is that the packaging is pretty lame. Amazon shipped this to me loose inside a too-big box with no padding or filler. But because the strip is built like a tank, it survived unscathed. And luckily none of the mounting hardware was emancipated during shipping.Be aware that the version I got, at least, ships with machine screws. If you plan to mount this to anything other than a rack, make sure you have two #8 wood screws and some washers.

Excellent product. Highly recommended.
Great product. Easy to install. Super long cord. Perfect for mounting on the underside of a sit/stand desk for powering everything. Mounts easily with the included clips. The way it mounts is great because it leaves a tiny space behind the strip. So for example, if you have the strip facing down and you plug in a wall wart, you can easily secure it to the strip with a velcro tie-down. The outlets are strong enough to easily hold my Macbook power adapter without falling out, with the strip facing down. Built-in circuit breaker and switch are nice features. I opted for a "power strip" with no surge suppression or other circuitry because mine plugs directly into a huge UPS.

You Will Be happy
This is the real deal. I wanted a power strip for the front of a workbench I was building. Thought this was a bit expensive and tried a couple others first. Took those back because they just did not look or seem to make much of a quality statement. So I bit the bullet and bought this one. I love it. You get what you pay for - really nice. If you need something this size, buy it!

You get what you pay for
The first time I came to the US, I went to a physics laboratory and they used these everywhere, clamped to the wall. It looked very professional, hadn't seen these before in Europe.Yes it's expensive, but it's high quality, and there are little details that make it worth it, such as the mounting hardware, and the protected on/off switch. The cable is very long, which is nice, because extension cords are a very bad choice, and in fact were prohibited in that lab I talked about. The wire is thick and this power strip can handle big loads, so in that regard it's very competitively priced.

and in this case it's by far the best power outlet money can buy
These are insanely expensive but so far I have five. You definitely get what you pay for, and in this case it's by far the best power outlet money can buy. The inlets as widely spaced so you can fit all those incredibly annoying "power bricks" that seem to come with everything and you can even mount it vertically. I seem to have a huge dearth of outlets compared to my plug-in needs (ten items for a 2-socket wall outlet) so these things come in incredibly handy.

Great, if all you have to plug is standard plugs
The quality of this product is outstanding as always for Tripp-Lite. I am sorely disappointed however that the outlets are oriented the way they are. Wall-warts (transformers) for small devices will *still* overlap the next outlet or two in this strip because of that. If the outlet were oriented 90-deg from where they sit now, this strip would be perfect.

Tripp Lite PS3612
It works as expected. High quality sockets, copper wire inside, industrial design. Enough space between the sockets for power adapters.I wish it had side mounting option (not only bottom), because I had to adapt face down mounting on the back of my TV rack. Now my cables are way better organised, hanging from the strip and not lying on the floor.Good price and excellent service as usual from Amazon!

Quality!
Expensive, but worth it. Solid construction and although I was a bit apprehensive about the mounting system (clips on extruded aluminum case), I was impressed that it holds the strip very firmly in place. And the best part of all, the plugs are really good quality and very snug. Would definitely buy again.
