Horrible and bitter taste!
Way too bitter! really inedible. I purchased this after tasting their lime sample which was given as a free sample during my last purchase. The lime variant was good and like home made pickle. That is why I chose to try this citron variant. To my displeasure, the stuff is horribly bitter. I mean really bitter. I do not think that this was processed properly to negate the bitterness as I have tried citron pickles that were not this bad. Not a good experience. I cannot in my right mind recommend it. Sad.
