Fuel Tank Gas Cap Assembly Compatible with Honda Accord Crosstour Civic Crosstour CRV Fit HR-V Insight Odyssey Pilot Replace 17670-T3W-A01

This replaced a gas cap that had a broken tether. As far as I can tell, it is identical to the OEM gas cap.

Tip: Remove the safety line from the old gas cap and then move it to the new one. I had to cut the new one off but the old OEM part could be stretched and slipped off then onto the new cap

It was easy to install. Just a little pricey.

Does the job

This cap fit our 2007 CRV perfectly. A youtube video showed how to remove the clip and attach the tether. It was easy and now we are not afraid of losing the cap when we fuel.

OEM replacement, at more than half the cost (lower) of a dealership. Fairly easy to put on. I did remove the fuel door to access the plastic clip that holds the tether. Much easier than trying to remove the clip while on the vehicle. Relpaced the old gas cap on a 2012 Honda CRV Ex-L. Exact fit and style as the original.

My grandparents fuel cap was broken so I ordered this one hoping it would work. This ended up being really fast and easy to install, took all of one minute to complete the replacement!

but hard to get the attachment in place so that it can hang when not screwed in.
