I like the way It makes my back feel relaxed. I enjoy the head. I don't like the balls that much. Great price.

This massager is great. Good pressure that you can actually feel. The only downside is after using it for awhile it seems to slow down like it’s losing it’s power

I have severe feet pain. It helped with pain very. The only thing it was short lived. It only lasted two years. The last I had I used it. 8 to 10 years and the cover off of it. They don't make electronics to last as long as they to. Quality of duration short lived.

Is really easy to use

I purchased this comparing it to another one that I purchased. The previous one worked better, but it broke. This isn’t as firm as I would like.

After a short amount of time the knobs broke off leaving a very sharp piece that pressed into my back

This is pretty much exactly what I needed! Massager was delivered barely 20 minutes ago and I’m already enjoying a lovely back massage. The smooth motion of the 4 rollers provide great kneading of the muscles and I really like that I can control the pressure simply by how heavily I lean into the massager. And the heat adds just that extra touch for a really soothing massage.My only complaint is that the control buttons - as they are on one corner of the massager they are awkward to adjust (for speed or direction) during use.Overall excellent but I only gave it 4 stars due to the awkwardness of accessing the buttons during use.

This massager feels good, looks exactly as advertised, and is relatively easy to operate. The form factor means that you can use it basically anywhere on your body. I've used it all over my back and also placed it on the ground for a good foot arch massage.Unfortunately there are some minor issues to discuss that may dissuade people from purchasing this massager. First of all, the strap for attaching the massager to a chair is extremely short. If you are buying this product for a lumbar massage and want to attach it to your office or gaming chair, the chair has to have some sort of cut-out or gap through which the strap will fasten. You cannot fit the strap around an entire chair area. I have to strap it to my current gaming chair's lumbar pillow in order to keep it in place.Secondly, I find the power cable to be a bit short. I measured it at approximately 80 inches/203 cm, with an additional 7 inches/18cm on the massager itself. This isn't bad by any means, but just keep this length in mind with where you intend to use the massager.

I had first ordered a massager that was much larger and cost 3 times as much but it was way too rough for me. This one is excellent and I can move it around my back to exactly where I want it. I am very happy with it.

I used this product for getting relief from muscle pain , this helps me to relax and i can carry anywhere even in the car i can use this. Flexible + easy to use + incredible heated material.It stops automatically after 20 minutes and then we have to re-start again , it also has button to increase or decrease the speed as per the comfort.Highly recommended to people who wants to buy this.
