They’d be very hard to put in yourself but I knew that so had someone else put them in, easy to put in just watch a tutorial online, mine have been in for 4 days, they’ve been straightened numerous times and washed and still look perfect!

Love these. Do need a second person to put them in. My daughter can put them in her own hair but she has to put them in mine. If you are careful with them when brushing your hair they will stay in for weeks. Always get compliments from people. They are subtle
