My Hedgehog loves it and it is very stable..super quiet. Though the company says this model is not suggested for Hedgehogs, I disagree. It black grip tape works and works on the nails reducing all trimming which used to be a hassle. Because of the nature of this you will have to take it apart and clean it more often but it will need cleaned regardless. Breeze to clean and reassemble.

The media could not be loaded.  My hedgehog loves it!! It was the perfect size. I've had a hard time finding one that would fit him since he's a big guy but he has no issues fitting into this one!

Worth the money, didn't think it would be.

quiet and sturdy, but if you have a hedgehog who poops on the wheel, you cannot use the sandy wheel option. I thought itd be great to keep his nails filed, and that works really well...But once he poops on it the poop gets ground into the sandpaper surface and will not come out. had to throw out the sand pad and didnt want to buy weekly replacements. The normal wheel track works fine, though frankly its easier to clean solid wheels than to disassemble this thing.

Good product. Sets up and works well.
