This is my second walking boot for stabilizing my ankle with a torn tendon. The first boot I had literally fell apart, so I highly recommend this one if you need to stabilize your ankle. It's about as comfortable as it can be (if you need to eat a boot)

I had foot surgery and this worked like a charm, it’s held up well I’ve been using it now every day for almost 12 weeks.

I have a fractured top left foot & 2 toes also fractured. This boot is structurally well made, fit is perfect. I wear a size 9 womans shoe & bought the medium. You have to take your time to place the extra pads for comfort to your own fractures or painful areas but they give you extra pads to do that. The lining is thick & comfortable. The straps are definitely medical grade & they have 3 straps to secure leg to ankle & 2 straps to secure foot. They are nice thick straps. The velcro on liner is also medical grade & they make the liner wide enough to allow for wrapping or swelling. The rocker bottom is amazing as it really keeps the pressure of my healing fractures. The air pump is pretty amazing. You can get this liner to pump up for incredible comfort & it stays pumped up until you decide to release a little or a lot as swelling goes down. I am truly impressed & the quality, comfort & price! I highly recommend this for fractures of foot, toes, ankles or after surgery. It is also much lighter weight than one hospital gave me & better quality boot! I could hardly lift my foot with the steel they had in the hospital fracture boot & it was painful on my 3 fractures with every step. This is a good quality boot & the price with this quality surprised me! I am finally in comfort & foot can heal.

This is a good boot I broke my ankle and my ortho recommended this boot because at the doctors was too expensive. Great quality only this is after 14 weeks of wearing it the velcro at the top would not stick .

If you’re comparing this option versus others and your main point of doubt is the air pump, you can’t go wrong here. The air pump (what is this, 1996? Reebok?) actually provides more stability in those little open gaps. It’s very comfortable and easy to size and fit. Fantastic!Pro- secure Velcro straps that stay in place when not in use (attached to the hard part of the boot)- offers great support (better and taller than the one I left the hospital with)- sturdy, well made- comfortable (easily adjusts to fit different sized ham hocks)- air pump (not a gimmick. The damn thing WORKS!)Cons- it isn’t breathable (I don’t care about this at all, but I’m sure someone will complain about it)- need a lifted shoe for the other foot to balance the height difference (again, this is a ‘’me’ problem, not a product problem)I had a severe dislocation with an open fracture from a fall. Basically, I broke my foot off my leg. It was surgically reattached. The fibula was shattered pretty badly, so I was immobile for almost 12 weeks.Now I am at a point to start putting weight back on it again. The cam boot I left the hospital with was not very helpful for this application.This product has helped me feel confident and secure putting weight on my foot/leg again. The mental game is the most difficult to face, but this makes me feel like I can, instead of hoping I can.Highly recommend!

The cam boot is way too narrow for my foot injury. There is no way it is an universal fit. The quality of it is bad also. It should state that the fit is extremely narrow and not for any foot injuries

The adhesive for the velcro on the plastic brace staves is very very weak and the boot slowly comes apart.

I broke my ankle a week ago and I purchased two other walking boots in addition to my mother in law let me use her boot from her DR when she broke her ankle. None of them are as comfortable as this boot, I couldn’t get the fitting right where it would not hurt my ankle. This boot is also lighter in weight and that has its benefits. It is a bit more slick than the other boots, but not slippery.

Highly recommend. Half the price of what the pharmacy wanted. Feels great. Fractured ankle and with this I can hobble, walk and not worry about reinjuring myself. Shipping speed was reasonable too.

A poorly designed, uncomfortable and dangerously slippery product that didn’t last a half day of use before falling apart.Spend the extra $20 or so for a superior product. Avoid this one.
