Light and Efficient
Gave this my mother for Christmas. She really likes it. It has a beautiful resolution and a separate number pad like a regular keyboard and that makes numerical data much easier to input. Overall, yes I’d recommend this item.

Good Computer
So far I'm really liking this computer. It is fast with good graphics, and easy to use and understand startup instructions. One down side is I cannot make the touch screen feature work. While I consider myself computer literate, how to make the touch screen feature work is beyond me. I have asked for assistance, so far no reply. The touch pad however is responsive and easy to use distinguishing between typing and pointer functions. One of the better devices I have used.

Not a touchscreen, as advertised.
This laptop was purchased for the touchscreen option. I did not receive a touchscreen laptop. I returned it and repurchased it hoping it was a fluke but it wasn’t.

Display a bit washed out
The computer works great, but the graphics leave something to be desired. It is kind of washed out looking.

Horrible network connection after having this for a year or so.
I rated this about 4 stars the first time. Now rating it 1 star and lucky it gets that! I've had it for about a year or so and the network connection is now horrible. It will not pick up my local bands but will pick up the neighbors wifi's.I have reset the connection about 10 times, cleaned they notebook of any unwanted files. Ping to the router gateway and loses packets and lags at time 2300-3300 ms and the modem is maybe 25 feet away.The laptop screen starts to jump around and goes blury at times. Shut it down and comes back. Stay away from this thing it is horrible. It should be much better quality than it is for sure.

Not a touch screen! Now I have to pay to return!
This laptop was advertised as touch screen but is not and now they want me to pay for returning it. I would not recommend.

Garbage
Its the worst, the lag is awful and the network connection is lost continuously. I've tried all the fixes and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. Really disappointed in this laptop, wish I could return it. Don't waste your money.
