Works but be careful...
I know. This is one of those icky ugly subjects. But my veterinarian has assured me that mice have NO place where humans inhabit. That made me feel better about finding a way to rid our home from the occasional field-mouse invasion in the fall and, more importantly, get rid of some pesky mice that took up residence in my daughter's older-home college rental. Keep in mind: THIS IS POISON. Do not keep it near anywhere you have children or dogs. I've heard of some people putting them up in the rafters so only mice can get at them. I used to have a service come to my house and they used GEL instead of this kind of pellet or block poison. The gel is much better, in my opinion, as mice can not stuff it in their cheeks and deposit it elsewhere. (The service person told me he had one client who found a bunch of Decon pellets in a tea cup in her cupboard that mice had stuffed in their cheeks and spit out, food-hoarding style.) That said, if you have a mouse problem, this will take care of it without that dreaded "!snap!" of a mousetrap or using those horrendous sticky pads. Will you find a dead mouse somewhere after they ingest this? MAYBE, yes. We found my daughter's culprit under the burner on her stove. Deader than a doornail. But still...there for us to find and get rid of. But mostly they go back to the nest and die there. So that is my rambling review of this somewhat unpalatable but necessary product.

Worked well, be mindful if you have pets.
Worked as expected. Mice found it right away when I put in areas I knew by droppings they had been . Evidence of midnights snacks for a few days. ( I cleaned up each day so I could tell if I had new meal action each night.) It took a couple days to find the dead mice though. I thought I might have 1 mouse, but ended up finding 3. Luckily they didn’t die behind cabinets where I couldn’t reach them and start smelling. I found out a few years ago how such a small animal can stink up a room.I read articles on the poison is this. Note that there is no treatment if your pets get hold of this and eat it or the mouse that dies from the poison. While it’s pretty well contained, as a dog owner I am always surprised at the unexpected things dogs can destroy. Plus, since the mice aren’t stuck like on a glue or other trap, they wander and die and lots of times your pets will find them before you. My dog sniffed out two of the fresh carcasses in the basement but didn’t eat them thank goodness. So just things to keep in mind.Overall, worked for me. My mice are gone. I need to keep my bird seed area in the garage cleaner next year so maybe they leave me alone next winter.

Great product to control mice!
We had a whole family of mice living in the ceiling of our multi level home. An exterminator placed another type of bait stations in the ceiling access panels to try to control them. That didn't seem to work very quickly, so I found this product online with great reviews and decided to try it. I guess the mice loved the taste, because before long they were gone. Unfortunately, this bait kills them very quickly, so the lingering odor of dead mice lasted for a bit.

Mice didn’t touch it.
Mice didn’t touch it at all. After weeks with no bites I Got some bait from an exterior and I had nibbles right away and dead mice in days

Mice issue solved in 24 hours
Found out I had a few mice in my house.....this is unacceptable. Within 24 hours of putting these down, all the mice were dead as a doornail. Where ever they were hiding, after eating the poison they came out, and I found all of them dead in the middle of the floor. Anyway, this product worked WONDERFULLY. If you have a mouse problem and want to solve it quickly get this product.

You might need an attractant.
The mice don't seem to be attracted to go inside. They will venture around it but don't seem to be lured inside to eat the bait. I have used peanut butter in the past but found it attracts ants. My traps are out doors under some heavy foliage where the mice have burrowed. I don't know if bird seed will work but, will try it.

No more mice
I've used these bait stations in 2 different homes with great success. After a couple of weeks, no more mice droppings were seen in the basement or crawlspace! And you can see through the bait station that no nibbles have been made in the poison. I'd say the product works. Now I leave the stations out just in case they return. My only complaint would be in the disposable "feature". It would be more cost effective for the consumer to buy the plastic stations and refill with bait as needed. But, at just a few bucks a piece it is still worth not having mice in the basement.

Mice not interested
The mice sneaking into in my Guinea coop have shown no interest in this bait. In this product's defense, it might be more effective in an environment where there is NO other food source. I do remove the chicken feed every night, but there's always some feed left on the ground. I ended up buying a "walk-the-plank" trap off ebay. Baited with a little peanut butter, this trap has proven much more effective and is more humane to boot.
