Great for someone learning or relearning yoga poses

I am able to select the stretches I want to focus on without having to go through others that irritate a bad shoulder.

These cards are smaller than expected but still have good information. My only real complaint is this... Even though they were sealed a few cards have ripped corners and so missing information.

It's expensive, but durable and easy to use. That's for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga doers. I like how I can make my own routine and get ideas for different positions. This is a great alternative if you don't want to go to a class or watch online. I still sometimes watch online on YouTube, but there are total days where I just want to put on meditation music and do my own thing. I also wanted cards that included the benefits for each pose, and these cards include that. This helps me learn if I do a position it can benefit me in a certain way.

I love these cards. They give good info, the pictures are pleasing to look at. I love that they have the Sanskrit names and tips on what to pay attention to with each pose. I really wish they had a second set for more poses! I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Estoy feliz estudiando las posturas de yoga y haciendo mi secuencia favorita cada día... estoy estudiando sola para luego meterme a alguna clase pagada... porque he ido a clases pero van muy rapido y me gusta entender cada pose sola y entender mi cuerpo.. miro las instrucciones de la tarjeta, y el "TO RELEASE" de la parte de atrás y genial. las amo..... además me estoy preparando, para hacer el SALUDO AL SOL; es decir, estoy estudiando cada pose por separado....sola, lo bueno es que hay varias secuencias sugeridas allí.... hoy hice la de MOVILIDAD

These are great cards, great instructions and durable.My only negative is that they are the size of regular playing cards. I would have preferred more of a flash card size. My bad, I should have read the size description before purchasing.

The routines are helpful and the cards themselves are detailed! These are great resources that you can use while working out at the same time!
