Lifesaver for my old girl!
My fur baby Mia is 14 years old and in the last year struggling with arthritis and splaying when walking on the hardwoods and tile. We added extra rugs but still needed sone extra support for the uncovered areas. We tried booties but she hated and mostly walked out of them. A friend said she heard of sticky paw pads but had never used them; I was skeptical to say the least. After researching several brands with mixed reviews. I ordered Aqumax. For the price, it was worth a try. I couldn’t be more pleased with this product! 😁 We follow the instructions- keep fur around paws trimmed, wash paws, allow to dry and apply full pad matching to her pad. I wrap my hand around her paw and hold for a few seconds to make sure they are secure. She has never tried to pull them off and they absolutely give her more traction when walking around the house. Mia isn’t highly active and goes out only a few times a day to wonder the yard. The pads stick well anywhere from 2 - 4 days based on wet or dry days. They do get worn a bit overtime so I check them daily. Most if the time I have to wet them to get them the adhesive to fully release. She seems to know they help her and never puts up a fight when I reapply. Before trying AquaMax we were very discouraged and running out of options- these simple pads aid in the quality for my girls later years! I would highly recommend this product. For us a true Lifesaver!!🐾🎉👍

Great stability, comfort and they hold pretty good. My fourteen
My 14 year old Australian Shepherd having trouble getting up because of her hips, boots on hind legs were good but couldn't get air to her feet,so paw pads were great next time I need XXL so they'll fit better but she seems comfortable with them, she able to get up lot easier, her feet are able to get air and the adhesive is great.

Good product but not an everyday solution
My dog recently had an amputation of his front forelimb, so I bought these to help him on our hardwood flood. They really do help him get grip on the floors. The downside is they don't exactly match up to his foot shape, so they end up folding on themselves. Ironically, they're very sticky where they don't fold so It's a little difficult to remove them until either the adhesive wears off or I rip them off.I'm not sure if there's a solution to the fit, maybe I should just cut them and put them on his large pads. In any case, I'm not mad at it. It does what they said it does.

Best thing I've tried so far
After trying the nail covers and non-skid socks for my soon to be 17 year old pup, these have offered the best solution so far. The socks get wet outside, (and she hates the socks,) the nail covers stopped giving her traction after they were trimmed with her nails and they hardened over time loosing traction. These pads can be applied easily and are not distracting at all to my dog.An XS was still big on her feet, so I cut each pad out individually. That also allows me to replace just what is needed as she loses them. They are lasting about 4 days per "sticker". I would love to see a stronger adhesive on these as long as it is still pet safe.

They work- don't ask how!
So we moved into a house that has no carpet and all tile and my very old dog started doing the splits. I kept looking at all the options at amazon and other dog websites and NONE had good reviews. I knew my dog wouldn't like any sorts of booties 24/7 (no one does) so I bought some socks with some grippy dots on them after just giving up. My dog was just whining in them, if you tie the velcro too tight, the paw would sweat and swell, if you don't tie it tight, then the sock just starts rotating around the paw and of course lands on the part that has no grip so the dogs is sliding again. Many times the sock would just come off of him somehow so it just wasn't working.I was back again searching here and decided to give this a shot after coming across it multiple times in the past few months and just knowing in my heart that it would not work, not much grip and it won't stick, that's what I told myself. Let me tell you that I've seen more of my dog in the past 2 days because he is walking than I've seen of him of the past few months! They work but as others mentioned, they will come off quickly. I saw some of them coming off in less than 2 days so I used little super glue the second time around to put them. I noticed that they would only last probably just 1 day longer however they would irritate the dog when they are coming off because they just wont fall off gracefully so I stopped using the glue- do pay attention that you are not peeling the dog paw's skin off.If you are desperate for your dogs to stop dancing on the floors, buy this, it works but know that you would be doing this often. I have a baby and have absolutely no extra time but still check his paws daily before bed time to replace whats needed. If that's what I need to do for the rest of his life for him to walk, then that's what I need to do, till someone comes up with a better solution. do trim the long hairs on his paws and don't just stick the whole piece on the paw, cut them into smaller pieces- check the pics that other reviewers posted. Further update after few months, we started putting the piece as is- without cutting- works better. Still need to be replaced daily as the dog sweats through paws and they end up coming off easily. We are looking into Floorigami (peel and stick carpet tile) right now as a temp solution to put on the floor for the dogs to help with traction as well.

Nearly perfect for an old dog
The media could not be loaded. Bought these for my elderly dog whose back legs are weak, causing him to slip and splay on our apartment’s wood floors. They definitely work, but I ended up sizing up twice to an XL before getting the right fit. My dog’s paws aren’t huge, either, but the smaller pads didn’t completely cover his paw pads. The adhesive is good, but it’s definitely better if you trim the fur between pads before applying. My dog doesn’t mind the stickers at all and they make a huge difference for his stability. I reapply about every other day, so we do go through them, but it’s worth it. Booties were always challenging because of his dew claws, plus they aren’t healthy to leave on 24 hrs a day, and sprays just don’t last. These stickers are a great solution and would be even better if the adhesive were just a little bit stronger. Definitely recommend!

Work great for our old dog on our hardwood
Our Golden Retriever is very weak in her hind end due to cancer. She doesn't have long, and these have extended her time with us by weeks, I'm sure. She can now get up on her own, when, before, she couldn't get up without us. She is much happier now that she can get up, and is getting up and down often again. Thank you so much for this!

Waste of money if your dog goes outdoors
These would only be suitable for apartment dwelling, purse-dogs. The second my old dude stepped outside and encountered moisture, they were gone. I've used another product with much better success.

Falls off easily, not useful
You have to cut individual pieces for the different sections of your dogs paw and make so as not to put it on as one big piece if you want it to stick at all and not be uncomfortable, but even then the stickers will fall off very quickly within maybe 10 minutes of your dog walking around. Waste of time, money and resources.

Only good for dry days
Technically it is quite helpful for our senior golden, but only when the weather is dry. I like to cut each piece into five and apply them onto her toes and palms respectively. Hope they could stay longer in rainy days…

You Want To Measure Carefully
Pretty good. I purchased a small set for our first pack and I now have a good scale to measure with - I'll be buying a bigger pad in the future. Does what the write up says to will, which is what you want. I'll buy at least one more box when we run out of these ones.
