Fantastic! That sums it up in one word. I’ve suffered from allergy and postnasal drip my whole life. Tried every Netty pot out there and one day decided to use my water pic because I needed more pressure. It worked and I thought to myself there has to be a system out there like this, googled it and came up with this nasal irrigation system. It was life-changing! Recently, I put too much pressure pulling out the tube and it cracked. I contacted customer service through email, had a response immediately by a gentleman named Glenn (Who is the owner of the company I believe )who said to call him with his phone number. I did call him, and we just talked for an hour on the phone. He gave me so many tips on how to use it and how to better alleviate some of the sinus issues that I struggle with. Who does that in this day and age? The answer is they do! Glenn it was an absolute pleasure speaking with you. You are a wealth of knowledge and I cannot thank you enough for spending the time with me. You don’t get that one on one service with any doctor you even see. Had a Navage before and this machine beats that one hands down. I use two tanks when my nose is the worst and it does the job beautifully.

The lid does not seal well, so don't try mixing the solution in the tank. Mix it in a glass then pour the prepared solution into the tank. Other than loose lid it is ok.

With severe allergies / congestion I needed to find non-medicinal relief since I don't want the use the medicated nasal sprays for the rest of my life. Neti pots were just ok, and so were aerosol saline sprays. but for m the pulsating action of the Sinuplus Elite is the most effective. I like the Throat irrigation tips and the nasal mist tip. The first unit had an issue with water pressure, but the company responded immediately with a couple of solutions. When that didn't work they immediately offered a replacement. Excellent company to work with. The unit is as loud as my WaterPik Waterflosser. I appreciate the 2 year warranty.

The pros> 1.) I have spinal problems so I don't have to tilt my head like I do when using a Netti pot. 2.) Having 1 chamber reduces the mixing time. I Typically use 8 oz. distilled water and a package of saline salt in a Netti pot for each nostril. The cons> 1) The chamber is made in a funky way and difficult to see the "Halfway" point - or 8oz. while you have the wand shoved up your nose. A helper is needed to see where that point is at. 2.) The shut off valve in the wand is about 80% effective. Ours leaks. To shut the flow of solution off temporarily to look at the chamber, we can't rely on the wand shut off valve so we actually turn the power off, dripping solution from our nostrils everywhere. 3.) The machine tends to leak solution. 4.) The machine comes with 4 wands, but each wand has a specific purpose. It would be nice if separate nostril irrigation wands were available for individual users. We have to clean and sanitize that wand each and every time it's used, which should be done - but knowing that it was up somebody else's nostril is kind of creepy. It's kind of like using somebody else's toothbrush.

For many years now, I have been dealing with sinus and ear problems. Recently, I had a bacterial infection in my sinus and inner ear that was difficult to get rid of. I had previously used netipots but found them to be messy and even caused additional issues with their inner ears. However, I discovered the SinuPulse Elite and have been thrilled with it. The device is easy to use and has effectively helped me to deal with my sinus and ear issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the SinuPulse Elite.

This is a wonderful wonderful wonderful product if you have severe sinus issues that flare up and you've tried everything else. We installed a woodburning stove in our home; sometimes there's smoke when putting in the wood, and my sinuses started acting up. Tried everything. For a month, miserable. Then got the the sinupulse and within a few days of use, sinus issues cleared up. So grateful for this product. Intend to use it regularly for maintenance. Nothing works like this. Thank you

I live in pollen central so I was pretty excited to get this. I used it for a few weeks although it seemed to make my nose overly dry. Then one day will using it it sort of pulsed and my ears felt like they bowed out and came back in and that started unbelievable ear pain, vomiting, and dizziness like I've never known, turning onto my left side in bed made me feel like I was on the worlds biggest tiltawhirl. I went to the Dr and had "the Eppley maneuver" done..it made labor feel like a walk in the park. I have an ear crystal out of alignment and will need surgery to correct it. The machine stopped working when the pulse happened so I'm left with a broken machine and surgery
