Edible Diamonds - Clear 13 mm by Crystal Candy

When I put these on my cake, they looked amazing and really finished it off (as in the photo). However, I made the cake the night before it was being presented and when I looked in the morning, all the diamonds had crystallised! They were just little clumps of lumpy sugar instead of the pretty, very realistic looking diamonds they’d been the night before. I didn’t get a photo of them as I was so annoyed I just took them off and put them in the bin without thinking of documenting it! I don’t know if it was the fruit they reacted with, or the cream, or whether it’s just something that would happen eventually anyway, but my recommendation is put them on at the very last minute just in case! Especially for the price, it’s a total waste as they looked nothing like diamonds the next morning.

It was soft in taste but just right in flavour. Loved, I'd prefer if they're a big larger.
