I love both items. I was able to make hash with left over french-fries from MD . I like to get the large size fries but not able to eat them all. I used the fries left over prim rib and combined them in the grinder It turn out great.I also used the cheese shredder to shred my own cheese and it worked great. I had another shredder that broke when I used frozen cheese. I would tell everyone that it is worth the purchase. My mom had a grinder from the manufacture and it was not as easy to use as this product. That is why I gave it a 5 star.
