Exactly as described

I have a hard time finding B complex vitamins because most have yeast in them, and I am very allergic to all molds. This was the only B complex I found without the yeast. Hooray! It does not give me stomach cramps! If you have a problem with molds ( yeast is a mold) I highly recommend this to get all your stress vitamins.

I have been taking another brand but it was no longer available so I am trying this brand. I will see how I like it!
