Awful
Various bone fragments and chewy bits. Had 3 to give them a chance. I’m not fussy with food but these were a bad experience.

Tough lumpy bits are un chewable and spoil the whole thing.
I was happy to see halal shiekh kebabs for sale and those cooked over charcoal! Felt like dream come true however it is impossible to detect even slightest hint of smokeynes and even worse as the urdu saying goes bone in kebab spoils everything. There are no bone fragments but the meat, mutton part is full of tough gristly bits which are impossible to chew, meaning you have to discreetly get rid of a lot of very tough meat which quickly puts one off the kebabs. They taste fine, especially for microwave cooked food and they are value for money but I cannot believe they company has any quality control or tasters, or maybe they do because each kebabs has similar number of tough small lumps.I ordered chicken ones 2nd time but morisons substituted them for meat ones, and once again same thing. Hopefully chicken ones will not have any tough bits. But it is so very annoying, about ten years ago I came across halal shami kebabs inworld food section and they were so tender and bursting with strong and subtle flavours that I kept going back for years but they stopped selling them, I was hoping these kebabs would be good if not exactly outstanding like them but to fail on so badly on the main ingredient should make hamza food company look at their whole set up and morrison's and amazon should also try the product. I know for a fact that morrison's sell another brands halal sheekh kebabs , more expensive but without any such issues.Maybe they should boil the mince or grind it extremely small or they or morrison's should stop selling such an annoying product which can be improved very easily.
