First time trying Matcha green tea and wow, serious grassy taste but worth the long lasting energy still felt several hours later. Experimenting with adding organic chai spice, stevia and skim milk for a frappacino.Update: From 4 to 5 stars. Magnificent health effects. Energy that lasts and my craving for sweets has completely vanished. No desire to snack, have lost the desire to eat meat (the thought of animal fat is rather repelling now), concentration is more acute, anxiety/depression has lifted considerably. Enhanced desire to engage in healthier behavior. Swimming laps as I did in my youth and transforming my backyard into a luscious organic garden. This is one of the best investments I've ever made. No longer using milk. Just add chai spice and stevia to the tea and pour in hot water. Matcha is an acquired taste and I'm hooked on its results. Pricey but worth it.Update: 10/04/2016Tried other brands that were more expensive but were a "Deal of the Day" and the taste was unbearable. Having put them in gelatin capsules diluted the Matcha detoxifying and energizing effects.I don't receive this product free or discounted for my review.

this green tea is great! I use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup. Do not dump the tea in the cup all at once because it will be clumpy, instead use a small mesh strainer so the tea can diffuse in the water better. it tastes better when the water is lukewarm not hot. All i do is put it in a 8 oz water bottle and shake it hard for at least 2 minutes. I add 1 tablespoon of sugar, but you can adjust to your liking.IMPORTANT:I feel more energized throughout the day, my mind is clear and i feel more light. It keeps you regular, I eat less all day. I order things online a lot, and this is the first time i have ever wrote a review because this is totally worth it.

This tea is excellent. I find that I need a little more water than is recommended as it takes out the tiny bit of bitterness. It's is a pick me up tea as it takes your mind and body into a comfortable place. Definitely recommend this tea. For what it does is very reasonable.

The package arrived before anticipated and it was well packaged. The matcha has the right bright green color which I expect from a ceremonial matcha, it tastes very good, however it lacks some of the vibrant and herbal notes that I get from other high grade matchas. This is still a very good product for a good price.

Great taste, they aren't joking when they say to sift prior to making drink. I used an immersion blender, and still had tiny balls of powder in drink. I was annoyed that a large sticker was placed over (albeit limited) directions for use. I like sealed can it comes in. Overall very happy with quality, but it's not cheap.

Beautiful color, great foam, and delicious smooth flavor. The smell takes me back!

There is a BIG difference in Matcha as I recently found out. This is delicious and so completely different from the Matcha I've had in the past. Well worth the money.

Great Matcha. It has a great flavor and this little container goes a long way
