I love how convenient this is. I have it clipped to the side of my desk, but it's constructed in such a way that the clip also functions as a stand. I have it connected through a hub and I did notice that the use of power with the hub affects it. When I didn't have the power cable connected to my hub, the fan worked, but turning it on made my cordless mouse (also connected to my laptop through the hub) stop working. When I connected the power cord, I was able to use the fan and my cordless mouse at the same time. Just an FYI in case anyone else has the same setup! Bottom line: This is a very reasonably priced fan that works well!Just an FYI: They included a card saying to send a screenshot of my review and they'd send a free product. (This did not influence my review-- the fact remains that this is a nice little fan.) However, they never replied when I submitted my review as instructed and have also not replied to a follow-up email.

I work from home on the computer and have no ceiling fan. I felt a big giant fan was TOO much so looked at smaller options. Decided to take a gamble on this fan and could use the wireless features for other uses.Lets cut to the chase. Impressive airflow, 3 lights to show you which speed its on even in the dark, clamp feels very nice and strong, nice turning (very smooth and more versatile)Overall its smaller then i'd imagined but it puts out just as much air if not more then something double it's size. You can also use the USB plug on the back to charge other items. I feel I would of paid more had knowing that first. Very happy customer.

I run hot so I have fans next to my usual seat in the living room and on my desk at work. This was the first version I bought that had three speeds. I love that! I love it so much I am buying another one for work.It is pretty quiet. It sits about 18 inches from my ear when I watch TV and it only requires me to up the volume about 2 numbers on the TV.I usually run it on the middle speed. That seems to be good when it is only a few inches away from me. The high speed is a little noisier and it is really too much wind. I only use that if I just came inside from a walk on a 90 degree day. Then after I cool off I will drop the speed down to the second highest.I keep it plugged into a battery pack. I have multiple packs so I just switch out the pack when it is dead. I really like this method better than the fans that have a rechargeable batter built-in. I feel like I am also getting the full strength of the fan because the built in batteries lose power as they lose charge (I feel).

Someone spent time thinking about the features for this fan. It is more powerful than many 12inch fans from big box stores.First - the integrated design where the clip is the standing base is amazing. It is strong and because the base is designed to hold the fan, it is wider and when used as a clip fan it had a great hold with almost no vibration.Second - The fan has three very different speeds. There is a difference between each one from 1 - nice circulation to 3 - very strong blow the hair. It a great personal fan speed wise and the bonus is a digital button selector that is very easy to use.Third - Noise - even on level three there is no interruption on conversations, no interference on conference calls or video conference meetings.Fourth - USB and battery powered. I was pleasantly surprised with a USB output as well. The battery seems to last a good bit of time but I haven't totally tested it yet.Overall - I really enjoyed this purchase and plan on buying at least two more.

Edit: Bumped up to 5 stars.Other than the whiny noise, its perfect. 360 degree rotation, the clip is still one of the best I've seen on this style of fan. The 3 speeds are different and varied enough to be useful in more than 1 situation. I ordered another one.________________So it is a bit smaller than I thought from the pictures, for my purposes, that turned out to be a good thing. It is constructed well, very solid, and it has the nicest clamp I've seen on one of these cheap fans. 3 speeds, controlled by a single button.They recommend a 2amp ( I think, dont have in in front of me) plug for power. I was running it off a very old Samsung adapter rated at 0.7. When I get the correct USB adapter the fan speed went up and it quieted down a bit. That said, it does have a very unique wine to it. I wouldn't use it in my bedroom but its pretty much fine anywhere else.

I love this little fan! It's cute, lightweight & more powerful than I expected it to be. I use it in my bathroom while getting ready for work & then I throw it in my bag & take it with me to use at work as well. It's a MUST have for a women going through "The Change" if you know what I mean.

I just bought this clip-on USB-powered fan to use on my golf cart while golfing in Arizona this Summer (Yeah, it get hot!). I can clip it to the passenger-side side handrail, the plastic divider between cupholder holes, or on the dash tray just behind the windshield - all work well to blow air toward me, and all well within reach of the 2 USB ports on the golf cart. I'm sure I could also clip it to the roof-support upright, but haven't tried that yet. The fan rotates 360 degrees up and down and also sideways, so I can get it to point any direction regardless of where I clip it. For such a small fan (6-inch housing, but the fan blades are probably between 4 and 5 inches) it blows a remarkable amount of air, even on the low speed. I am definitely impressed for such an inexpensive fan.
