Gan Mao Ling is my ‘ go to’ when Im feeling punky.- like I’m fighting a virus....I take 4 of them every few hours for just a day or so and I feel much better.

Used this brand of gan mao ling for years to ward off colds. If you begin to take it the minute you have a scratchy throat, it will work best.
