This product does indeed work if you follow directions accordingly...after shampooing, make sure to squeeze all the water from your hair. Then, coat all of your hair evenly, continuously distributing it with your hands. I usually work it through/comb through for about 2-3 minutes, then rinse. My blowouts are smooth and shiny and my hair feels just overall fabulous. If used properly, it truly does work. Expensive? Yes. However, the cost for one individual treatment at a salon can vary from $20-40, so this bottle definitely pays for itself. It's just a special product that's not meant as an everyday conditioner. In my personal experience, it's really a fantastic product.

Siempre me cuido mi pelo y lei sobre este producto que supuestamente era bueno y me equivoque. No vino con instrucciones. Tuve que buscar las instrucciones en el internet. Ni siquiera vino con caja. Creo que el producto no es original. Lo mejor es comprarlo directamente con el distribuidor o el lugar de productos en persona.

I received the product in what appeared to be the bottle I have seen before but it was not sealed nor did it come in a box. It also did not come with any paperwork or instructions other than what is printed on the bottle. I was immediately skeptical as this is the only non beauty supply retailer I found selling it. I tried it one time and the liquid was hot in my hand and did not work as I have had these treatments before in the salon. I returned two days later and awaiting my refund.

This product is fantastic. I was very sceptical as there are so many ' wonder' products out there that prove to be just a nicely packaged conditioner.I have used it a few times now (4) and my hair feels great.I have shoulder length coarse hair which is naturally grey( read kinky wiry strands) and I dye it every 4 weeks.Using this is easy as the nozzle let's just the right amount out, but as previously suggested, I'm sure a spray bottle could be used.It warms up and the scent is strong, but once rinsed out and your hair is dry, I love the way you get wafts of perfume from it.Glossy, glossy, glossy...what more can I say? My hair now feels amazing, not rough or straw like.I very rarely leave reviews but on this I think it is warranted.

I have had the KWater treatment at my hair salon and it really does make your hair smooth and shiny. This product is presently not readily available to buy in UK.I found the product was available via Amazon from a salon outlet in Germany, so i purchased it online.

I bought this just before lockdown because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get to my hairdresser for Nanokeratine treatment. I also read about it in the Daily Mail. It is incredible just an amazing amazing conditioner I couldn’t live without it now I don’t use it all the time but it’s very very special. Highly recommend

This is amazing. From adding in the shower I could already feel the difference. I'm naturally curly but blow dry straight, this ellimnated all my frizz, my hair was smoother and hardly needed the straightener after blow drying. Definitely worth the money

I was very excited to try this after the reviews but for my curly hair this hasn't worked. It's still frizzy and no better than the average conditioner, just incredibly more expensive. I still have to use the straightener to get the sleek salon look.
