My dog will chase this toy around for the 10 mins til it goes to sleep. If u have a lot of breakable things in your house this will be great for outside.

Toy came damaged , its not working with batteries no screw to tighten the door , and to get it worse, came all dirty and with bites of dog food inside !!

The toy came with no batteries, no problem. The toy is very durable, but the screw used to shut the battery compartment is made with the softest metal - like tin can quality. So when I tried to unscrew this (assuming machine screwed in) screw, it immediately stripped. AHH darn.I gave this a 4 star, because the customer service rep from PetSafe helped replace my pet toy and even suggested a better way to get this screw out for the next one (*Just in case). The rep seamlessly engaged in conversation about my pet, and suggested some other toys my old pup might want to play with - LOVE it! A pleasant experience ending from a bummed out start - the southern accent also helped.

PUP chewed up the toy so I had to throw it in the trash I did LOVE it though. He REALLY wanted his TREATS out of their 😤😔😔

It is great for a younger dog. Our three year old shepherd loves it! Buster, our older dog, doesn’t care for the noise but he loves the snacks!

it kept flying into my walls and malfunctioning, would not dispense anything and I returned this maybe i got a defective one

Easy to operate

Been searching for an automated pet feeder but we use it for dog treats as my senior dog is always looking for puzzles and games to play. Great product overall

This was fun to watch my normally lazy (and highly food motivated) dogs to get up and play. Seriously, they chased this around for 45 minutes before finally letting it stop. About an hour later my min pin was back at it playing and chasing! Love that my small dogs can not bite, chew, or carry it off downstairs. Only drawback so far is finding the right size treats to put in. Mini milk bones were too big, the training treats worked too well as my dogs were able to get the adjustable dispensing hole to open completely. I put a small piece of tape over the adjuster spot once k had it at the size I wanted and this seems to work. This is our first day with it so unsure if they will tire of it but so far they are enjoying it and getting exercise!
