Restiflex Natural Egg Shell Membrane Bone and Joint Support Dietary Supplement, 60 Soft Capsules

As an aging, career chef who still thinks a 12-hour shift is a "half-day's work", my body has fallen into rebellion with chronic pain in my knees and lower back. Always skeptical of dietary supplements and wild health claims, I decided to try this product as it commanded so many favoring reviews. I'm glad I did as this product has made a real difference in my professional life. Don't get me wrong... this product is not a "magic bullet". I still deal with chronic pain every day but the pain is manageable. Nagging rather than stabbing. I'm convinced RestiFlex has made the difference as I have not used other therapies besides this.

I can't say it helped, I can't say it didn't help.Bought it for some shoulder pain. Dr told me most of these supplements won't do much for a shoulder though. Most people see benefits in knees and finger joints.

I bought it for my dad, and it helps him with arthritis pain. After he finished two bottles, he didn't have it for a few days, and the pain got worse, so I ordered it for him. Now he is not complaining anymore. Thanks for the good product!

I took it as directed and it seemed like it worked at first. But due to the high price point I can't give this high rating. I would rather buy the ingredients separately. I believe tumeric is very helpful and the main thing that works best for me. I can get a months worth for half the price of this bottle. Even I his bottle has other things like msm, Boswellia with is ok. The other ingredients are not major break through or proven to work in Clinic studies. It suggest that they may work in conjunction with other things. Some may claim this helps but I think it's hype. A good quality tumeric and fish oil was the best combination that works best for me. It's better investing in products I know that I feel better on. There is no science behind it but I feel works better than buying this product alone for the high price and did make any difference in my health.

I've been using this for three weeks and I'm not feeling better. I was fortunate to get a really fantastic deal on the price, or I wouldn't have bought it to begin with.I expected to feel better with all the 'hoopla' over Egg Shell Membrane. I read a lot of reviews before buying it as well. I have a lot of pain that 'they' say this product is meant to help. Far too expensive for such timid results. So, without significant positive results, I won't be ordering it again. I'm just not getting the 'relief' that should be expected from such a highly-priced, highly-touted supplement.

This product has been working wonders. I recently had a baby and it feel like my pelvic area was in somewhat in pain I wasn't able to sleep throughout the night cuz I could feel pains running through the pelvic area through my inner thigh and I just didnt know what to do, ive tried lots of different over the counter pain killers and none worked, but since I've been taking this product I haven't been complaining of pains. I've been sleeping well throughout the night without waking up with pains in my thighs. So I'm very glad I purchased this product.

After a full bottle I didn't notice any difference in any way. Maybe it takes longer than one bottle? They didn't seem to do anything harmful, so they're likely safe. But it's unlikely that I will buy these again.

I just received this product and have begun taking it. It seems to be helping some. However I know that it takes time and consistent use to see full benefits. I am confident because of the ingedients that this will be a beneficial product for my needs.Will update after I use for awhile.
