I like that these bands are not made out of rubber. They don't roll or slip as much when using. The only complaint I have is that there's no way to tell which band is which tension. There's four band, three varied tensions is what was advertised. I've used all of them so far and can't tell much of a difference between them.

I really do love these bands. I’m pretty new to using them in general and the grey is about all I can do with my legs to start. They don’t slip and slide, pinch, or irritate. They are a very comfortable (and challenging) add-on to my regular Pilates routines!

I like the variety in lengths and strengths. You can feel the burn right away! Which is very good! I didn’t expect the material is fabric and that surprised me. That’s because I don’t like having to wash the band instead of being able to just disinfect it.

This package is exactly what I was looking for!The bands are cute and resistance is color coded, 3 strengths just as described. They have versatility and allow a wide range of motion with no roll up. Perfect! No regrets with this purchase. Thanks!

Wow! Way more amazing than I anticipated! Supper sturdy! Wont snap or break. Way easier to clean than any other brand I’ve owned. Especially now with covid cleaning requirements even my physical therapy doctors love these. I’m using pink on lower body for my recovery from surgery and grey on upper body. My husband loves the strength of the black one.

Great product! Smells kind of weird but I think that’s just due to packaging. Overall very useful and they stay up which is great.

too sturdy for me . i find it hard to do certain exercises especially inner thigh workouts with these resistance bands. Overall , i recommend but it wouldn’t hurt to have the rubber resistance bands too.

I like the quality of it and how it does not slip at all!! Also, I like how it comes in a set of 4 different levels of resistance, it is much better than one! Due to the pandemic there are not many gyms open, so having this has helped me stay motivated and workout!
