Best Japanese curry out there!
If you haven't tasted this yet, you should! It's delicious. Perfect for any meat or chicken curry. I also made a butternut vegan curry and it was amazing!! Definitely recommend.

My guilty secret
Although I generally go for healthy eating, there are times when a big dose of umami, whether "healthy" or not is the only thing that hits the spot. Yukata katsu is one of the products that fills that need. It has a nice full flavour (possibly due to MSG, but who cares!), does not stint on salt. I do sometimes chop in a little more hot chilli pepper, but it's not really necessary. I tend to use half to two-thirds of the suggested quantities and find that works well for my taste. Apart from the onion that is suggested on the pack, I have added grated carrot at times and pumpkin puree at other times. Both worked excellently flavour-wise as well as adding healthy beta-carotenes.
