Very interesting perspectives on the four gospels. Great insight and points that can be used for bible studies, or sermon.

I need this book for an online course on the Gospels and Acts. The book is easy to follow explaining the different viewpoints as well as covering the similarities between the Gospels. It covers imagery, symbolism and why they wrote that way.

Burridge uses four creatures to vividly describe the fourfold dimension of Jesus described by the four gospel writers. Easy to understand yet theologically sound, great read.
