Samsung 28 L Convection Microwave Oven (MC28M6036Ck/TL, Black)

Turn table was broken and there was dent on the microwave. So I returned it.

The product was promptly delivered the next day of ordering and that too an October'20 manufactured pack.As promised open delivery was given to check for damages if any. There was non though. About the product - the same is great and very versatile to suite Indian cooking. I have used this product in one of my friends house so knew about the model. Overall good.

The turn table has got flaw in design. The turning is not smooth. It's jerky and intermittent. On heating soup or water or milk, the liquid spills due to it's jerky operation. Though it cooks food evenly on microwave mode.Coming to Hot blast mode, it was supposed to be 50% more effective than Convection mode. However, the heating element is placed on the back and Not on the top. This is absolutely inefficient and convection mode requires lonnnnng time to make food crispy.Useless overall. I bought this after using Godrej microwave, which was completely China made product, but functionality wise that was way superior than this samsung microwave, though in Godrej we faced several electronic circuit related problems.
