JBL Professional 305P MkII Next-Generation 5" 2-Way Powered Studio Monitor (305PMKII) (Pair)

I recently purchased the JBL Professional 305P MkII studio monitors they are an excellent choice for anyone setting up a home studio or upgrading from basic speakers. The first thing that stands out is the clarity and balance of the sound. These monitors reveal details I simply couldn’t hear before on regular speakers. The stereo imaging is very precise, which makes it much easier to place instruments and understand what is happening in a mix. For guitar players and people working with amp simulators, this is especially useful because you can hear subtle tone differences much more clearly. Another highlight is the JBL Image Control Waveguide design. It provides a very wide sweet spot, so the sound remains consistent even if you move slightly around your desk. This makes long sessions much more comfortable compared to many entry-level monitors where the listening position has to be extremely precise. The low-end response is also impressive for a 5-inch monitor. The bass is tight and controlled rather than exaggerated. It doesn’t artificially boost frequencies but instead presents the sound honestly. Build quality feels solid, setup was straightforward with balanced inputs, and they paired perfectly with my audio interface. Overall, the JBL 305P MkII offers outstanding value for the price. They deliver professional-level monitoring that is accurate, detailed, and enjoyable to listen to for long sessions. Sounding verry good, but sometime i don't know why the left moniter was tripted. No Frequency clash, cristal cleare sound, proper studio moniter, and much more sustainable.

HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT. FIRSTLY ONE THE TWO SPEAKERS HAD POWER SUPPLY PROBLEM.. I RETURNED THE PRODUCT. WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CAME, I DISCOVERED ONLY A SINGLE SPEAKER INSIDE THE BOX INSTEAD OF A PAIR, AND THAT TOO SEEMED AN USED ONE . SO MY ADVICE IS DON'T BUT THIS SPEAKER FROM AMAZON.

One speaker from the pair wasn't working properly and the box was also not sealed. 👎🏽

Hermosos monitores, los tengo en mi setup casero de DJ y la calidad es inmejorable para el precio, incluso para un evento pequeño te pueden servir, los he usado durante horas al 70-80% de su capacidad de presión sonora y en ningún momento se han escuchado forzados ni baja el rendimiento, obviamente dandoles su mantenimiento adecuado.

Amazing sound clarity. These are my 1st monitor speakers i ever bought for my home studio setup. I compared to the Yamaha HS5 which sounded a bit harsher in the midrange and not as clear in the bass. I love the JBL's clarity in the mids and the tight bass. Im not sure about the effectiveness of the trim controls on the back, for now just leave both on 0 as that's when the sound is mostly flat and balanced to my ear. Oh and to everyone that complained this listing is a SCAM and that you only get ONE speaker... i had no such problem. Mine came as a pair. Best bang for your buck i think for quality monitors

I researched monitors in the $200-$500 range per pair, and these turned up first or second on several reputable lists. Great-sounding monitors, priced well at retail. I lucked out with an open-box opportunity I couldn't pass up. In my little back-room studio, I create song demos for submission to publishers and artist reps, as well as voice-over work. The room is wood-paneled, which gives it pretty good acoustics, but it's not tuned in any way. I record into and run speakers and headsets through an EVO8 audio interface that works seamlessly with a Mac Air as a desktop computer and with a laptop for mobile mixing. A balanced TRS-XLR line cable from EVO8 to each speaker produces great, no-hum sound reproduction for mixing, neutral, crystal-clear output across all frequencies. Bass ports in the rear convey the low end well-balanced and not overpowering.
