It wasn’t easy to take the broken lens off. That was the hardest part. I moved the inside lens cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol and all the pictures are a little blurry now but that was my mistake. The new lens and tools are great. I’m happy that I replaced it by myself instead of spending $$$$ for a new iPhone.

Easy fix for broken camera lens cover. uBreakiFix recommended changing the whole camera and lens cover for $250. This was cheap and easy DIY project. No noticeable changes in photo quality observed.

So I have replaced the screen and battery in my iPhone. I will say this seemed to give me more issues than both of those. It's difficult because of how small the area is you're working (not because of the product). Regardless, a little heat and lots of scraping, it all worked out fine. I do have some issues with the zoom feature. I'm not sure if it's a result of the product or my installation.

Kit comes with everything you need to replace your damaged camera lens. Adhesive and replacement lens are a PERFECT fit. While the kit doesn't come with any instructions, it's very easy to figure out what to do. The hardest part is removing the cracked lens, but with a little patience, you'll save yourself from paying a ridiculous repair bill. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Don't believe the product description. This kit will NOT work with an iPhone 7. Completely different lens size. Not only was the item shipped late, it doesn't match the description.

These replacements work great but installation is not for the faint of heart. Removal of the old lenses require disassembly of the phone.
