This product is really fantastic! My clothes come out very soft and with a barely noticeable odor. I don’t like scented products but I will continue to use this one because it does the job it is supposed to do. Five stars from this pretty critical old man.

I love this. At first I wasn't keen on the smell but it grew on me. It's not an overpowering smell but there is definitely a scent. I have noticed a difference in respects to my clothes being not as wrinkly for sure and I believe it lasts.

My absolute favorite scent, lasts forever and it works great.

When you inspect the product by shaking it or removing the cover if the contents have jelled the product is junk, I have found this issue to be true about 5 to 10% of the time. Once the jelling occurs the product behavior is interesting..I have tried watering it down but after a day or so the watered solution jells again, You can repeat the dilution and the results will duplicate. I tried diluting with normal Downy an get the same results. So far i have tripled the contents by diluting it and get the same results. Once the jelling occurs trying to dilute the solution any use the contents my softner injection system chokes on the small undesolved problem and really plugs up the softner system of the washer. Be careful.
