This is a packet of 240 Vitamin D3 tablets suitable for vegans. The tablets come in a blister packaging - the tablets are easy to pop out.Thanks to their small size (approximately 8 mm in diameter), they are easy to swallow and are good for people that have problems with large tablets and capsules.The tablets provide higher strength dose of Vitamin D3 (25μg) and a generous supply for 240 days which should last about 8 months. The expiry date on the packet I received (in February) was December 2022 (perhaps it might be advisable not to order them too far in advance).

Healthspan vitamin D3 tablets have really helped raise my vitamin D blood level. I had a blood test 3 months ago and my vitamin D level was very low. I had another blood test done last week and it's back in the normal range. As a result I highly recommend this brand of vitamin D3. Plus the tablets are tiny, so easy to swollow when I have my breakfast.

Healthspan have been my supplier of choice for my supplements for several years, so it is good to see their products being sold on Amazon, and not just their own site.I usually take their lower strength (10ug) vitamin D3 supplement as that is the strength recommended by Public Health England who say we all need to take it, particularly during the winter.Healthspan seem very trustworthy and respected company, and I thought it might be good to try a higher dose supplement, we just hope that they are doing a good job, at my last blood test my Vitamin D levels were good, so I am assuming that they are. As with most Healthspan tablets, they come in blister packaging in boxes that will fit through your letterbox.You get 240 tablets for £14.99 which doesn't seem too bad to me, given that they are vegan, and a higher dose. Many of their tablets are vegetarian friendly, and I think their vegetarian equivalent is a bit cheaper.

My vit D levels are historically quite low. These are an excellent idea therefore! They come from a brand I buy regularly from and whom I trust. Would recommend.
