This is a great broom. We just moved into a house with lots of hard wood floors and sweeping was a huge pain! It was a little hard to put together, but once we had it together, we were ready to go. I love that I can pull off and wash the mop part.

A great product for all hardwood floors and the 360 degree swivel head works great for getting under those hard to reach places.

So far so good! I agree that some instructions would be good; but not too difficult to figure. I would suggest as we get into winter be careful with some of the plastic parts when putting together since some of the hardware may be brittle from being out on the cold porch prior to receiving. It appears to be very sturdy and much better built then the Bona handle system. I have attached some pics for ease of assembly. Hope it helps!! Happy mopping!!

Works well on my tile floor. I prefer to not use any chemical cleaners, just water.

I saw mops like these being used by hospital staff a year ago and have been wanting one ever since. I couldn't wait to get mine and try it out. When I received the mop I was surprised to find there were no instructions included for assembly. I was not able to get the handle attached to the base no matter how hard I tried. I finally contacted the buyer -- they emailed back almost right away with a pdf file containing very clear instructions with color images. Once I had those, I was able to assemble the mop. From what I understand, the seller will now be sending all future buyers the pdf file with the directions. Kudos for that improvement! As for the performance of the mop, I really like it. It swivels and covers a larger surface areas so I am able to mop the floors quickly and with minimal effort. I actually used both the wet pad and dust pad for mopping. The dust pad when wet works great for getting in the edges. I just wet both pads in the sink, rung them out, sprayed cleaner on one and used the other as a rinse pad. When I was done, I rinsed them out in the sink. The mops is able to get under edges of cupboards and appliances unlike other mops. It also has an adjustable handle, which is very handy. The only thing I wish is that it came with an additional pad. All-in-all, I can honestly say that this mop met my expectations and makes mopping much less of a chore!I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I can't figure out how to put this mop together. The pieces don't seem to fit. Very disappointing. I've been looking for a nice microfiber mop for my kitchen floor. The actual head of the mop is a good size and seems to be of good quality. I purchased this item at a discounted rate for an honest review.

This is the best mop I have ever used! I have a very busy household: 5 dogs, a hubby and a cockatoo bird and the cleaning never stops! But this mop makes the most dreaded jobs easy and quick. When I received the mop, I had to test it out immediately. I went to town on the kitchen, then the living room, bath and bedrooms. It took me half the time to get it all done and the mop didn't collect grit and grime like so many other mops do. Easy to use, easy to clean and well, just easy all around. I am totally satisfied. I did one more test for this mop. I was dreading the job of washing the walls, especially in my bird room...the feather dust sticks to everything and the walls are no exception. I washed the walls in no time! They are clean and the room is just fresh and healthy for me and my bird! The mop never redeposited any dust particles back onto the wall as I rinsed the mop head several times while doing the job. I can't give this enough stars! Thank you Turkey Creek for this amazing tool! Saved my back too...no pain and a really clean house I gained!

High-quality. This is a well-made mop. The dust mop just glides across a wooden floor. The wet mop is really nice in that you can wash and reuse it without having to keep buying replacements. Bonus: company is really good to deal with.
