Doesn't feel cheap
Was worried it would feel cheap but actually feels good quality which is reassuring if you were to accidentally fall asleep while using it. The timer works as should be expected and it gets plenty hot enough, similar to that of hot water bottle. However, you can turn the temperature up or down unlike a hot water bottle. The cable isn't short but I do wish it was longer. A longer cable would be helpful in case you don't have a plug socket nearby and you have a double bed. Also, an option for a larger blanket would be nice.

Brilliant size
Delighted with this heat pad. This is the third heat pad I have bought to help my osteoarthritis and it's by far the best. It's a great size, bigger than most heat pads and is very soft and cosy. It heats up right to the edge unlike most similar items with variable heat and time settings. I've only had it for less than a week but have used it every day. Definitely a good buy

Lovely heat pad and big too!
Love this heat pad it is larger than most other brands, its very soft and heats up instantly! Having varios heat options and timer with various durations is an added bonus as it switches itself off after the time has been reached. I have purchased two of these now, one for myself and one for another family member!

Highly recommend
This has been brilliant following hip replacement surgery. I have been using ice and heat to aide my recovery and this heat pad is now invaluable to me. I’m on a lot of pain medication that sometimes doesn’t work, but adding heat has been a godsend! I’ve used it on my young son when he’s had tummy cramps and also on myself for the same thing. I would highly recommend.

Really good Item!
Really happy with this product! Works well and the functions are great. 4 heat settings to choose from and the timer is an added bonus especially because i get comfortable and fall asleep when using this lol. Great size and fits well over my lower back or abdomen which is where i like to use it. 5* for me!

What more could I say except it's absolutely perfect I did a lot of research and it ticked all the boxes it is one of the hotter temperatures it dose state this on the description, some of the other heat pads don't tell you this and as I needed all the heat I could get so I ruled those out. I've had it now for a couple of months and it's been used constantly with no problems also the timer goes up to 2 hours which is great so at bedtime I put the timer on for 2hrs and off to sleep I go 😴 so now I'm a happy 🐰 also have show it to my sister and daughter and they've bought one each.I would recommend this product to anyone who has back trouble it's fab.

Great heat but timer function should be changed.
Great for heat, heats up quickly and does the trick :), only giving it 4 stars tho as when you put temp onto L,M or H it stops you from setting the timer to stay on function which is what I want it to do, 2 hours is ok but not long enough to last the whole night to help my IBS.

No complaints, does the job
I wanted to give this some time of using it before leaving a review. I have used this quite a lot to help ease chronic shoulder pain. I have had to mould the pad around my shoulder and upper arm, so there has been some bending of the pad, and so far there has been no problem with it affecting the wiring, although acknowledge that the advice is not bend the pad due to risks of damaging this. The heat level is great and I like the timer element so it does not stay on if I fall asleep while using it. So far it continues to work well and has held up to some moulding of the shape so no complaints!
