DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIRThey don’t deserve a starIt’s very faulty doesn’t assemble properly due to less parts and when you contact the seller they will take you on a merry go round to refund. They trying to charge me 50% as “restocking fee” stating that I use the chair even though I told them from the beginning I cannot sit on it. Horrible product and very bad customer service. Most of all a big rip off.

Easy to assemble, it only took like 5 minutes.Material feels slightly rough but at least it's durable and easily repairable.Back rest is comfortable.This chair is advertised as having "extra padding" but honestly if the padding on this chair is "extra" then the default chair must just be a solid flat plank of wood because my ass is numb after just an hour of sitting in it and I can feel the bottom of the chair if I poke it with a bit of pressure using my finger.The padding that it does have is mostly in the front half of the seat making me slouch just to get comfortable which doesn't really make the lumbar support in the backrest all that useful.The rocking function is insanely stiff to turn. Also you need to push in the height adjustment lever to lock the chair in place if you don't want it to rock, it's strange and I found it by complete accident but still a nice feature.The backrest has it's own adjustment lever and you can change the tilt completely to what you want within it's range of motion. It would be nice if the backrest had some kind of adjustable headrest or if it was taller as it's a little bit too small.Armrests are way too small but have plenty of padding.Wheels will chew up thick carpets. The wheelbase is really stable as I am able to fully recline without worrying about it possibly becoming unstable or having the wheels in the front lifting off the ground.I am starting to think about cutting it open and stitching it back up to put in some actual padding inside because I like the chair, but it just needs more padding as I've had gaming chairs that are more comfortable than this. I wouldn't say this chair feels like it is worth £95, maybe £70 to £80 because it has plenty of options for relaxing the way you like to while doing whatever you need to do at the desk but at the same time a good thick quality padding would just make it decent chair.

At the point of writing this review I'm waiting for the seller to resolve an issue. That is, after only 5 months, the gas lift has stopped working. Initially dropping of its own accord and then staying in a fixed, highest position. The seller offered a percentage of the selling price for me to source a replacement gas lift myself but having looked on Amazon the prices vary enormously and I have no idea which one I should get - obviously wanting to avoid this happening again - but the amount offered doesn't cover the price of any of the gas lifts listed.I have contacted Amazon who say that they can't do much as the item is out of the return window but this fails to cover any product defect. I would expect at least 1yr without issue.To add to this, my wife (who I purchased this for), also finds the chair VERY uncomfortable and says it's like sitting directly on the wood.I'll amend my review if and when the problem is resolved.

I bought this chair as I didn't want to go for a synthetic leather one, as I've heard the leather starts to peel off after a couple of years. So I thought I give a fabric one a try.This desktop chair is comfortable and strong. I like the fact that the fabric feels warm during cold mornings, and the light grey colour appeals to me, therefore my 4 starts rating.Things to improve:The back of the chair doesn't look too good. I feel like more effort could have been provided.The lower back support is not the best for a tall person like me. 6.2 ft. I'm using a small cushion for extra support and works fine. Other than that, I'm happy with the product.

This chair was easy and quick to put together. Nice and padded comfortable and the massager is a nice touch. This felt like the perfect replacement for a chair I had had for 10 years.This chair was amazing for about 5 months and then started to deteriorate quite quickly. It wobbles on the gas pole creaks and groans when you move on it.I contacted Amazon who asked the supplier to contact me. They have done this within 24hrs which is great but they are asking for information from the box. And to check the box for damage??? I of course no longer have this, it was delivered 5 months ago.***** Follow up *****They asked for a video of the chair to determine the issue which I sent as a YouTube video attached as a link in a word docx attached to their message. That way it is in the Amazon system. Came back to me within a few hours to advise they will send some new parts. Base and gas cylinder was recommended to be changed. Sounds like the box may contain a new chair but not sure will see what arrives.I have now had to have the gas cylinder and base replace twice. It’s just not up to the task of daily 8hrs to 10hrs use.I can not fault the company as they have tried to fix the issues.I have cut my losses and purchased an office chair from an office supply.I wouldn’t really recommend as a daily use chair. I’m 100kg so it may have an issue with the weight on the gas cylinder. It claims to be ok.It is fairly comfortable and the vibration for this price makes it worth while. But it’s no replacement for my operators chair in the office.
