Great quality and fit
I am 6'3", 190 lbs, athletic build. My size in Levis is 33x34 and the waist has a bit of room. I got the 511 pants in medium regular and the fit is perfect. The waist has a built in elastic stretch and these fit snugly on me without being too tight or pinchy, to the point where I dont need a belt to keep them up. I really love how they arent super baggy which was a concern. My Propper pants are just too loose for my liking and their medium has so much extra room in the waist. The build on these seem very tough. I can also squat down quickly and jump with a knee tuck without the material messing up my movement. I really like these pants.

Pretty nice pants...
Let me start off by saying i'm in the army (infantry) and I bought these because I needed some nice pants for leave (my other ones were all messed up). There Large/Regular, the 2 cargo pockets are velcro instead of the new buttons. The cargo pockets don't stretch out which means its not going to stay open like they did on the ACU pants. The cargo pockets got 2 little compartments in them for putting stuff like a camera or cigs. It doesn't have the 2 bottom pockets next to your boots. It feels like its high quality, a bit thicker then multicams. The back pockets are velcro also. The waistband is elastic and soft, it feels the same as sweatpants, and its a nice comfy fit that doesn't drag the pants down like it does on regular multicam. It has a zipper and click button instead of the 4 regular buttons. I like these pants a lot, they haven't faded yet, my original multicams start to fade as soon as I take them out the wire. Overall there a really good pair of pants and 5 11's a reliable brand.

Great pants but mind the sizing!
As many others have already called out, the 5.11 Tactical Men's Combat Cargo Pant Multicamo Ripstop Military Army #74350 (MultiCam TDU Pant) do not follow traditional pant sizing. At 5’11” and ~155lbs, I wear a 30W34L in the 5.11 ABR Pro Pant and 5.11 Stryke Pant with both offering a well-fitting waist and a bit of extra leg length; perfect when wearing boots but requires rolling once to avoid stepping on in socks. The medium MultiCam TDU Pant, suggested as 32-34W, sees me eating heavily into the elastic waist band’s amount of allowed flex while the leg length just slightly bunches at my feet in socks.Another fit issue is the placement of the internal knee pad insert pockets with this pant size and my height. When you are crawling/kneeling, the pocket sits too high on the pant to provide adequate coverage of the knee. I find myself kneeling on the bottom edge of the pocket stitching (raised ridge inside the pant) which is not all that comfortable. I wonder if the Long length would position this pocket better but reviewers have commented on the excessive length and bagginess when going this sizing route.Fit issues aside, the ripstop material is more substantial than the ABR Pro and Stryke pants leading me to believe they will fair better across rock scrambles and cave environments. The cargo pockets at the thighs feature two internal divider pockets allowing you to separate the contents into three areas; these two internal pockets are wide enough to (each) comfortably fit a Samsung Galaxy S9+ for the non-military types.Update: I tried the Large-Long size to directly compare against the Mediums above. Leg length increases by 4" and now positions the knee insert region right where it needs to be for kneeling or crawling. I was much happier with the waist fit and leg length in boots (you'll need to roll them up to avoid stepping on the length when not wearing boots) but the pants are way too baggy at my size/weight. The back of the pant legs, when pinched and pulled away tight, is roughly 4+" inches of extra material. It's a shame these don't follow the sizing of Stryke pants as those are great but in a less durable material...and no Multicam.

The fit is perfect. There are a lot of details on the pants that are fantastic
The material is top notch. The elastic waistband gives you a great fit and there's a button inside that also cinches up the waistline as well. Zippers are top quality. I can't say enough great things about these pants, other than I wish they had a few more different camo options.

Great pants
These pants are great. Right out of the bag you can tell there are very durable and comfortable, comes with a teflon finish that are water/spill& stain resistant. True to size(cut the inner elastic straps to get a better fitting if need more waist room)

Just what I'm looking for
Some people might compare this to a lesser brand like TrueSpec/La Police Gear. I own all three brand and like them all. I have to say 5.11 has a slightly better quality product. Has more double/triple stitching than the other brand. Most of these company source their materials from the same supplier, so fabric are somewhat the same. I've never worn through a Ripstop clothing to the point that's no longer in service (couldn't say that to jeans). I really like the multicam color. The only cons I have about this particular line is 5.11 don't have the front knife pockets like in their Tacical Series.

Kneepads and waist size
In the Q/A for this product there's a question about kneepads. Some people are saying these pants don't have the pocket for kneepads, and those people are wrong. These pants DO have the pocket for kneepads, but the kneepads are not included. Also, these pants run small. On 5.11's wesbite the medium pants are listed as 32-34", and the Large are listed as 36-38". If you've got a 34" waist just go ahead and get the Large. Same goes for other sizes; if you're on the high end of the listed sizing range then just get the next size up. Otherwise your pants will be tight!
