Very much needed for an awkward remote
The remote is an awkward shape and depending the size of your hands it can be fiddly to handle and pretty slippy.This cover is excellent, a proper fit and gives better grip to the remote.Also great value for money.

Almost a perfect fit!
Quick note, don't forget to put the strap on before inserting the controller, or else you'll need to pull the controller mostly out to get the strap on it!I like the texture, it has a nice grippy feel to it, the controller takes a moment to push it all the way down but that's not a bad thing, it means its a really snug fit and you don't get the feeling of a floppy cover over it, perfect!My only issue is more of a pedantic issue, the holes in the top that go around the buttons are not perfectly aligned, but you can still easily hit all the buttons no problem, the cover just comes around 1mm over the bottom of some buttons. I don't want to take a star away for that though as it's really just a nitpick.Overall, good buy, I'd recommend getting one if you have a Shield 👍

Good protection but poor glow feature
The construction quality of this Nvidia remote cover is very good with its textured surface it gives you a much better grip on the remote. It was super easy to fit and I like the little hanger attachment. However as far as the glow in the dark feature goes, unless you remove the cover and then leave it in a sunny spot all day it doesn’t glow at all. I’m not messing about removing the cover every day especially seen as the glow doesn’t even last that long anyway. Good protection for accidental drops which happen a lot in my house!
