Best ice packs ever!
The best ice pack ever. My knees are always swollen, but if I do any walking at all they become extremely swollen and very painful. Swelling goes down significantly and pain is much less. The velcro straps hold ice pack on well. If you have trouble with the ice pack falling off tighten straps. This ice pack stays cold longer than others. I like this brand I have one for my hip and back and my son has one for his shoulders. I need double knee replacement and hip replacement and

Best Ice Pack Ever - SERIOUSLY!
This is the ice pack I've been looking for! It's easy to use and the pack stays cold much longer than other ice packs I've use. The knee strap is soft and it fits well - very adjustable as my swelling goes down. And I can actually walk around with it on, I'm not stuck in a chair or on the couch like with other ice packs. I will definitely buy more Magic Gel products - I already have two other products by Magic Gel and I love them, too! Definitely worth the money!

Cold doesn't last
I got this for my post nee replacement swelling and pain. It doesn't fit my leg super well and the straps aren't terribly adjustable to help with that. The cold also lasts maybe 15 minutes. Ie loved other products from this company, but I'm disappointed in this one. At least it is soft gel and very flexible, unlike the cold packs the hospital sent me home with.

Does not get or stay cold
On the positive side, item was long enough and wide enough to completely cover my knee all the way around. It also stayed flexible enough to form to my knee area. The downside, and a pretty big one, is that item did not get very cold, even after 8 hours in the freezer. The side with cloth that is supposed to go against the skin was cool at best and for only about 10 minutes. The side without cloth that's not supposed to touch the skin gets pretty cold, but again for only about 15 minutes. 8 hours in the freezer for only 10 cool minutes is not beneficial for pain relief or swelling. I do not recommend purchasing this product.
