This piece of equipment helps increase spine mobility, by providing spine support as you go through the exercises. It also places you in positions that make you use the target muscle group and not compensate using other muscles to help you complete the exercise.

Extremely uncomfortable for a short person. I am 5.2 and the barrel is too tall and I can’t get a proper form. The second flow is that it is impossible to use this with a reformer, it will slide down.The craftsmanship on the barrel is exquisite. It is a very well made equipment.

I purchased this spine corrector due to limitations at the studio caused by covid. It feels like the balanced body correctors at the studio-I cannot tell the difference in size, shape or texture of the foam. I am happy with the workouts I am able to achieve at home. The only problem I have is that the corrector squeaks as I shift my body weight while sitting on it. The squeaks do seem to be lessening with use.

I use Balanced Body in my studio and found this on Amazon at a much lower price point for home. Is a little squeaky but it doesn’t bother me. Works great and fits over a Balanced Body reformer

I love this. It fits perfectly on my Stamina 3 cord Aero Pilates Reformer. I couldn’t be happier!

The seller was responsive and refunded me, but mine broke quickly. It’s just dense foam, so be careful not to put stress at the point where the two pieces meet when moving it or using it. Otherwise it’s a good cheaper alternative to an in-studio spine corrector, though I wish it had a higher arch angle like those.
