The battery life on these collars is terrible if you're having trouble with your dog it probably won't last through a day in the yard. I was diligent and charged the collar every night so it would be ready when needed but the number of recharges before the battery degrades is very limited also. I though fortunately I had chosen a collar the batteries could be replaced in so I ordered a replacement.The replacement battery had all same symptoms as the battery I had replaced. Short cycling the charge and a complete inability to hold a charge. I was mortified and thought I had inadvertently reinstalled the original battery and thrown away the new battery.I ordered a second battery and was meticulous in how I replaced the battery. The third battery had all the same symptoms. So I contacted customer service through email, I don't believe there was another option. No response.I was replacing two collars from another manufacturer that had never been anything but reliable and had a battery life that averaged more than a week. The other manufacture has since modified their collars with replaceable batteries and I have bought two collars from them that are much more functional for the same price. These collars sit in the cabinet and will go in the trash the first time I need the space. Terrible purchase. I should have just burned the money in the back yard.

Tired of buying this brand every time I turn around. $100.00 per collar every other month is absolute stupid. Look for a different brand! Yes these batteries are replaceable.... IF you could find them. Even then I should not have too!

They work great at first. But just within a short few months the battery life becomes very short, the connection is sporadic and I have multiple ones that will not even program to the transmitter anymore. The contact points are also ridiculously small for any dog that has hair that is not short. This causes inconsistency with how the collars work.

No problems with it at all

So far they are good for our rabbit dogs (beagles) just wish they made it in a 5 dog system.

Best remote collar out there!
