I was pretty skeptical of these initially but out of desperation I gave them a shot and I could not be happier. Prior to ordering these (I bought one for the freezer and one for the fridge) I had a bunch of crab legs in the refrigerator. I didn't realize they were leaking stinky crab water all over the bottom of my fridge until I took them out to cook and there was the obvious odor of seafood in the fridge. Over the next few days it got worse and worse to the point where it seemed like the stink was stuck to everything in the fridge and would even get on my hands from contact. I tried the obvious solution of cleaning the whole fridge out and put in 3 things of baking soda but the stink was stuck in the refrigerator somehow..like it got in the coil and everything. These took about 1 week to completely remove the stench but they actually worked! I would recommend these to anyone and plan to keep them around on a regular basis from now on. I am amzed at how well they've gotten rid of all smells in the fridge and in my freezer. I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

Worked great in removing fish odors from my freezer and keeping fish odor from soaking into the ice cubes. I had a bad fish odor in my freezer. I dumped out all the ice in the bucket but the new ice returned smelling like fish. I purchased the charcoal deodorizers and dumped out the ice again. Two days later when the ice bucket completely filled up, there was no fish odor on the ice cubes ( and we still had the fish in the freezer). I stuck one deodorizer on a ledge in the area where the ice drops into the bucket and I put another on a lower shelf in the freezer. I've had the deodorizers for 10 months and they still work fine. I plan to reorder and keep two on hand for whenever the two I have wear out.

I was so tired of being unable to find the Arm & Hammer refrigerator deodorizer every month. When I found this 6 month deodorizer I did the math and this product is much less expensive to use than my old favorite A&H monthly. I am so glad I switched. My refrigerator smells great and I do not worry about replacing every month. I definately have found a better product and will buy this again...in 5 months. I love it!

I'm one of those ppl who owns a million plug in and smell goods for the house, this works great, obviously u don't want perfume smell in the fridge... This gets rid of any leftover smells ect,Ever gone to someone's house and they open the fridge and it kinda grosses you out? Well you won't have any smell whatsoever with this, not sure on the life span of this but I've had it in there for two months already and it's still working.

This was the only thing we found to get the funny smell out of our ice maker. The water is fine, but the ice was absorbing every little odor. No matter what we did, nothing rid the smell. A couple days with this in place and the problem was pretty much solved. It was definitely noticeable, and it definitely works. The ones from the dollar store and the big box store didn't do anything.

I've had this in my fridge for a month now and it seems to be doing the trick. No lingering odors, even when I have something like broccoli or cauliflower in there.

Very happy with purchase , this is my second one. Used one for Friday's and one for freezer. Told the smells away. Between fish and chix necks it can smell quite nasty and baking soda wasn't doing the trick!! If u have a family with the love of the outdoors and likes to stink up your fridge, this is for you!!!

Every fridge needs one, it helps keep it smelling fresh, us Koreans eat a lot of KimChi and that can really stink up the kitchen every time you open it, I place two of these on the bottom shelf so my husband has to bend over to change/replace them and I can sneak a look at his cute behind!
