Explaining OI made easy for all ages!
We got this for my son’s pre-k class but the teachers all got to see it from a perspective which helped them understand him a bit more. Love this. 10/10 recommend!

Informative
Our child's teacher read it to my son's class and went over very well. It helped the children and the teacher to better understand my son and his condition

Grammatical errors
The topic of this book is one that is hard to find. But this is not a great book for children with OI. After reading this story I felt I could not share it with my student who has OI. There were grammatical errors and it left the reader thinking of OI as only a disability. I wish the author could have captured their amazing story and strength in this book. It feels unfinished. Together my student and I wrote his story and educated his peers about what OI is and shared more about his very own story.

Beautifully illustrated and well written book.
I loved this little book,it really explained in simple terms the symptoms and struggles a child goes through with OI. I thought the illustrations were beautiful and conveyed what the words were saying very well. Easy for everyone to understand.

So lovely. Simple and appropriately written. Really grateful to the authors for providing such a lovely resource that can be comfortably shared with children affected with OI and those without to aid understanding. Thanks so much

Amazing
Absolutely amazing I ordered this to take into my sons school it’s well written out so even his friends will understand my little boy loved reading it and keeps saying he’s a superhero “oh baby boy you really are” even as parents we sometimes struggle to understand the what’s and where’s of OI but this little book helps to explain it all yet in so many simple ways

Excellent book
I have type 4 OI, and bought this for my 6 year old stepdaughter and my daughter due in October to read.My stepdaughter doesn’t have OI so I felt it was really a helpful tool to encourage more understanding of the condition. My baby may have OI (unconfirmed until birth) so it’s lovely to build an accessible library for both girls - diagnosis or not. We should all strive to teach our kids about diversity ❤️
