I had made some research about Ecdysterone since some German and Russian studies came out to light about its benefits to muscle recovery and strength gains. My diet, exercise routine and most other aspects have stayed the same save for taking the NatuRoids Ecdysterone so I have to give this supplements the credit for increasing my lifting numbers at a more rapid pace than with my regular lifting routine.I have only tried taking two pills a day which has had great benefits, if my lifts plateau I will try up to 4 pills a day as the label suggest and will come back and post my personal results.Long Story Short: This might most likely be one of the essential supplements to take as well as Protein and Creatine for any guaranteed strength and performance routine.

I've been in a caloric deficit 5/7 days out of every week for a month now, and normally my bench press strength drops a month into a deficit. However, this could be PLACEBO, but if anything my bench press and other lifts have felt stronger than ever even more than while I was at maintenance calories. The only reason I'm saying this could be placebo is because I've seen other companies claim to have certain ingredients in their products but lab tests show otherwise. I'm 100% on board with believing that ecdysterone is very potent for strength, however, I'd like to see lab results confirming that there is Ecdysterone in this product just to be sure.

This supplement caused hepatotoxicity and painful abscess formation in the armpits, chest and neck. This supplement was taken singularly with no other contributing supplements to record its individual performance. Within 14 days, abscesses formed in both armpits. The following day (day 15), abscesses were present behind the neck and on the left pectoral muscle.
