I have been using this brand for a while now with there different products, which I all like. This one in specific, is my favorite! I wear it for atleast 7 hours a day and when I take it off my waist area looks snatched! My boyfriend randomly told me that I look "skinny". Whether he is lying to get out of the dishes or if he is being honest, I do feel like I look skinnier ever since I have started wearing this. I plan on getting the size small in a little while. I have been yoyoing between 175 to 180 lbs, I ordered a size down and got xl, its too tight and makes my skin roll over in upper back. If I had gotten the right size at XXL in would have been perfect. But I bought this one so I'm just going to make it work until I lose the weight

It just got to my door step this morning and I’ve been wearing it all day.It does exactly what I wanted it to. The support, the material, the “stretchiness”. It is all great quality. This is my first waist trainer in all my 29 years lol. I got a size medium (but usually wear a L if I want to be comfortable) and am very glad that I did, but it was ALMOST too small 😓 It grabbed E V E R Y T H I N G and compacted it in to this little body I hope to one day have lol 😂 I got it on the first hooks, and after some fandangling, was able to zip it. But it wouldn’t have been completely horrible if I couldn’t zip it, the straps help cover most of the mid section. Over all I’m really happy about it. I’m 5’3, 180 lbs, and am beginning my weight loss journey. This waist trainer has definitely given me some motivation in jump stating it. I know it’s just the 1st day so I’ll do my best to remember to come back and update.

I do reviews all the time. However. I never thought I would do a review on a waist trainer. I have gone through a lot! I'm 5'3" 210 purchased 2XL So here is my spill:PROS:It Sucks you In real good you can't even see the trainer under clothesDon't roll up when sittingTwo belts to suck in moreIf your on a weight lose mission you eat less if you wear while eatingCONSTO GET INTO IT CAN BE TRICKYThe clips are hard to claspIf not clipped in 3rd clip zipper won't zipMake sure you have on the trainer right or muffin will stick out at the bottom. If you have one you know what I'm talking about.You will sweat a little to get this on. So be ready.

I like the comfort and I like the fact that it cover the whole area of the back and down below the belly button. I wish I would have gotten one size smaller even though it has the tightening straps. The only thing I do not like is the lower strap rolls up and I think thats because I have small ribs. But overall, I love it great trainer.

I should have known to get a larger size so unfortunately I have to return the item and will try to exchange it. I'm hoping that you can't see the cross straps underneath my clothing, especially if I want to wear something more form fitting. I'll update my review after my re-purchase.

I have ordered other waist trainers off here and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I saw the other reviews that said to order 2 sizes up. I am 145 lbs and 5'2. My waist is 29 1/2 inches so I was hesitant to go 2 sizes up so I ordered a Large. This waist trainer is definitely better quality than the others. I can actually feel the heat now. I like that there are velcro straps because I found the other trainers that didn't have them didn't provide enough compression to my lower abdomen/fupa area after wearing them for a week. This one is more noticeable when worn under form fitting clothing, but it's winter so I'm wearing a sweater or a jacket 90% of the time anyways. It was just delivered yesterday and I am already able to get on the second hooks so I will be ordering a Medium in the near future. The only down side I have seen so far is that it's a little bit long for my torso. I really only notice when I am sitting down on a soft surface. I did check out the trainers they have for short torsos, but they are just hook eye closers.

Great quality material. Make sure you’re not allergic to Latex. Bought a 2xl. But wish I bought the 3xl. I’m 5’2 180lbs. I’m usually size xl so thought one up would be good. But No. I was determined to get in to it but it was a struggle. I couldn’t zip. Was in it for 10min and wow got a good sweat on. But I’m determined to lose weight to fit in to it! Since I got it at such a great price at $47!!

First of all, HOW did you guys get this to me so fast? I ordered this in the am and got it by 4PM same day. The quality is amazing, fits perfectly to size. I'm 5'2 - 150 pounds and I got the XL. I've used some trainers in the past but THIS ONE is the best. It has clasps, zipper and adjustable bands. Can't wait to size down and order more :) 10/10

Hands down the best waist training I have ever had plus it’s comfortable and holds me in perfectly.

Very very good quality material, it’s a bit stiff so the second day wearing it, it fit very well. I got the 3 xl ad my waist is 38 inches. Slims me and makes my mom pouch super flat. If you have a-lot 9 of back fat, I recommend the vest style over this one.
