Very gentle sitting exercises for the mature person
I have given this a 5 star review because the DVD does do some very good exercised for the more mature person. My only complaint or rather my mother's and aunt was that at times it was rather slow and they felt that they were being sent to sleep they wanted a bit more upbeat. Both have major mobility issues and are well into their very late 80s.

This is a very easy Fitness DVD to use and follow. You do not have to be an older person to benefit from using this one.
